First, discoveries from the University of Göttingen, Germany in August 2013 show that complete induction of NANOG, a key factor in the biology of stem cells, is obtained already at very low endotoxin levels. These are levels that can enter your stem cell cultures from E. coli produced commercial growth factors (0,001 ng/ml)
