Is the bioactivity of ISOkine® Premium comparable to mammalian-expressed proteins?

Yes. Every batch of ISOkine® Premium is tested for biological activity before shipping and verified to have comparable - or higher - bioactivity than a commercial mammalian-expressed reference source. Bioactivity data is provided with each batch. The plant-expression system preserves native eukaryotic protein folding and glycosylation patterns.

What are the purity and endotoxin specifications?

>95% purity by SDS-PAGE gel analysis. Endotoxin level is <0.01 EU/µg of product. Products are also tested for pyrogens using a monocyte activation test (MAT Assay). Certificates of Analysis, Product Data Sheets, Safety Data Sheets, and Certificates of Origin are available for download on this page and on request.
